Seoul Fashion Week S/S 2026: 25 Years of Style, City, and Storytelling
The season opens with Andersson Bell, a brand that has earned international recognition for its distinct sensibility since its launch in 2014. Following its Milan runway debut in 2024 and its distinction as the only Korean label currently on the Milan Fashion Week main schedule, Andersson Bell now takes on a new challenge: presenting Seoul Fashion Week's first-ever opening show staged outside of DDP. Against the storied backdrop of Deoksugung-gil, where the past and present of Seoul intersect, the brand will deliver a moment that marries traditional architecture with contemporary style. The production is elevated by world-renowned creative directors Robin Spencer, Mari Ohashi, and Jose Carlos Gonzalez, while global top model Hyun-ji Shin marks a celebrated return to the domestic runway.
At DDP, fourteen brands will present runway shows, each translating their design philosophy into immersive experiences that blend collaboration, live performance, and visual art. Here, collections transcend clothing to become multi-sensory performances, allowing audiences to experience fashion as sound, image, and space all at once.
The Off Show programme takes a more experimental turn, with designers transforming unconventional venues into stages. SLING STONE will reframe the Oil Tank Culture Park's T2 outdoor stage, while CARUSO presents a sleek reinterpretation of Mondrian Hotel. Among the season's most striking moments, BIG PARK stages a runway at Heungcheonsa, where crimson dancheong, serene mountain vistas, and modern silhouettes converge. Beyond the runway, the show extends into cultural immersion, offering temple food experiences alongside fashion, blurring the line between fashion presentation and cultural event.

First introduced in the S/S 2025 season, the Presentation programme returns for its third edition at Seoul Fashion Week S/S 2026-this time with an expanded presence.
Designed to draw buyers and press closer to the collections, presentations foster direct dialogue and concentrated exchange – an encounter more intimate, more layered than the runway or trade show. In just three seasons, they have emerged as one of the week's distinctive formats, celebrated for their immediacy and depth.
This season, 9 brands take the spotlight: ▲PEOPLE OF THE WORLD ▲JULY COLUMN ▲BONBOM ▲BMUET(TE) ▲THELOOM ▲GRACE ELWOOD ▲KUMANN YHJ ▲BLR ▲KIJUN. Their showcases will unfold across DDP Seoul On, Jandi Sarangbang, Art Hall 2, and individual showrooms – venues chosen to echo each brand's identity and narrative.
Adding further dimension, 3 of these brands will also present at EQL Seongsu, embedding the programme within one of Seoul's most dynamic fashion districts and offering audiences a sharper view of the pulse of contemporary K-fashion.

This season, the Seoul Fashion Week S/S 2026 Trade Show unfolds from September 4 to 6 at the DDP Design Lab, spanning floors 1 through 3 and spotlighting 76 standout brands.
Building on the unprecedented success of F/W 2025-the most remarkable season of orders in its history-the Trade Show once again commands the attention of the international fashion industry. A total of 102 buyers from 22 countries are set to attend, including influential names such as France's iconic department store Printemps, luxury e-commerce powerhouse Ssense, and Southeast Asia's leading concept retailer Club21 Singapore,
With their diverse reach across department stores, global retail chains, and digital platforms, these buyers bring tangible opportunities for Korean brands to expand into international markets. Through pre-arranged business matching, designers will engage in one-on-one consultations where collections can be experienced firsthand-seen, touched, and discussed-before seamlessly transitioning into negotiations and purchasing opportunities.
