First of all, could you please briefly introduce yourself?
Yes, of course, my name is Kirill Sakryukin, I am 30 years old and I am an ART photographer from St.Petersburg.
Please share some of your childhood memories of art?
There are people who call themselves dreamers, and you know, we all fly in the clouds at some point in our lives. I am one of these people. All my childhood I lived with my head up because I adored the night sky, there was something magical about it that I could not explain.
When did you start shooting and how did this love for photography happen?
After starting to photograph in 2012, it was during this period that the first mirror soap dish appeared in our family with which I started photographing everything around me, starting with nature and ending with friends, starting with what I see around me.

Theme:Underwater Hermitage By Kirill Sakryukin
Please describe the intention behind your series: (Underwater Hermitage) How do you successfully express this intention? And what messages do you want to convey through this Series?
I love solitude and it's always very noisy in these places, so I wanted to convey the feeling of loneliness and silence in those halls beneath tons of water.
What type of photography do you do and where do you get the inspiration for your work?
There's no common name for my photograph, it has emotions from fashion photography, fabulousness from art photography, and stories from reportage photography. I am inspired by nature's emotions, elements, and mountains oh, mountains!
What is a good photograph for you?
My definition of good photography is one that doesn't need to be processed, one that doesn't need to be added, and one that already exists and is ready to be published.

What do you do to keep motivated, and not lose your passion for photography?
I remain an amateur in art, I try to look at everything like a beginner, this is how you will always open the door of photography.
Which photographers have inspired you?
Annie Leibovitz, Christian Schuller, Tim Walker
What camera and lenses do you use the majority of the time?
35 mm from sigma and SONY A7R IV camera
We hear the challenges of not being able to earn enough money while being photographers. What kind of obstacles do you run into as a photographer?
Money goes away very quickly when you create scenery and organize such shooting, I think one of the main problems I face is finding the right team of people to work with, especially when it comes to creating these unique concepts. Once this process becomes easier, I will be able to create more awesome shots.

What do you think of digital art and NFTs?
Currently, I sell my art via an elite community called the "Super Rare" SR Campaign.
If you were to be given an opportunity to warn people of the potential pitfalls of photography, what would they be?
Be careful, with your equipment, take care of them, and know that they are fragile. Sometimes the elements and climate change can affect your device and things you use for photoshoots, and this could lead to more costs incurred when it comes to replacing these pieces of equipment.
What are your tips for budding photographers?
Don't listen to anyone who tells you that your dream is too big, Always create what you want, not what society wants. Be yourself, never try to be like anyone else.
Any favorite photography books?
DAN MARGULIS is a very smart person and I got all the basics of working with color from his book.
What do you consider your greatest achievement in photography?
To be able to convey to people exactly what my style is and not to be led by society.
Apart from photography, tell me about your hobbies and interests.
It's easy to tell a lie and say I have a busy life, all I can truly say is that I am a slave to my art, and until I reach certain heights I will not be able to do something else. I am dedicated to my goals and dreams.
What do you see as the strengths of your pieces, visually or conceptually?
Simplicity. I give the viewer the impression of taking a walk and seeing my art, causing him to feel something personal and everyone else to feel something as well when they see my work.
How do you differentiate your works from that of other photographers?
This is not necessary, after you see my works, you will distinguish them from 1000 photographers or artists' work.
Do you have one series or project you are particularly proud of?
All my work you see in this interview, this is my pride, my children, my everything, and I am proud of each and every one of them.
If you could change one thing about the photography industry, what would it be? What
would you improve?
More unusual photo studios, more locations, and more ART.
What was the most surreal moment you ever experienced during a photography shoot?
Every shoot is a feeling of pride that I create with my own hands, each of them has its own unique experience and feeling.
Finally, what are your plans for the future? Is anything exciting about exhibitions or future
projects you want to tell us about?
I want to find projects abroad, more interesting projects that will untie my hands so that I can open the most creative exhibition in Europe, I want everyone who is passionate about art to know me I also want to travel more.
